Great app but would love more colour selection guidance
I haven’t come across many if any of the other professional hair product companies that offer an app like this, so it’s a great little tool to support you with knowing more about all the colour products and shades. The only thing that would make it even better is if the recommendations for formula creation/shade selection took into account a bit more detail about what you’re working with - I.e. irrelevant of what base shade you state, it’ll always says to use the colour you’re wanting to achieve, which doesn’t take into account you might need to counteract warmth for example and therefore if you want the result to look ashy you may in-fact use a violet toned shade to achieve the ash desired colour.
No volume on videos
Hi. This is a brilliant app but does not matter what I try can not get volume on the videos at all. Love the tutorials but can’t hear anything
Great idea BUT!
Absolutely awesome idea, BUT . Every time I try to do something on the app it says I don’t have permission to carry out what I’m doing!
I also got a little further and went to save a new client and same thing happened along with my screen flickering saying loading.
